Tématem práce jsou Romové v mezinárodních vztazích. Obsahem je rovněž analýza aktivity Romů na mezinárodní úrovni. Práce se zabývá zejména romskými organizacemi profilujícími se jako reprezentace Romů na mezinárodní úrovni, jimiž jsou Mezinárodní romská unie (IRU), Romský národní kongres (RNC), Evropské fórum Romů a Travelerů (ERTF) a také Světová organizace Romů (WRO).
