Numerical simulation of press molding process for precise optics
Abstract:
Tato diplomová práce se věnuje počítačové simulaci procesu lisování přesných optických elementů pomocí metody konečných prvků. Cílem teoretické části práce je rešerše výrobního procesu a chování skla při vysoké teplotě, praktickou částí je nastavení simulace pomocí získaných znalostí a porovnání jejích výsledků s experimentem. This diploma thesis focuses on the computer simulation of the precision optical element molding process using the finite element method. The theoretical part of the work aims to research the manufacturing process and the behavior of glass at high temperatures, while the practical part involves setting up the simulation based on the acquired knowledge and comparing its results with experiments.
