Abstract:
Eyelid glands (= tarsal glands or Meibomian glands) are sebaceous glands situated in the eyelid of mammals. These glands are conductive to right visual abilities the eyes. Morphology of eyelid glands, their location and the number could vary in respect to the taxon sex, breeding season, age and occupied habitat.
