Abstract:

Disertační práce „Community policing - Řešení konfliktních situací a okolností útoků u bezpečnostních složek“ vychází z Rámcového programu Evropské komise Comparative Police Studies in the EU (COMPOSITE). Práce vystihuje aktuální pohled na řešení konfliktních situací u bezpečnostních složek, konkrétně u Městské police. V práci popisujeme získané informace v oblasti Community policing a konfliktních situací. Dále zmiňujeme nečastější typy agrese směřované na policisty z hlediska pohlaví a jejich praxe. Následně se práce zabývá vnímáním verbálních a fyzických útoků a jejich dopadem na policejní práci. Cílem práce je zjištění charakteristiky konfliktních situací a okolností útoků u bezpečnostních složek – Městské policie (MP). Design práce je kvantitativně - kvalitativní. Kvantitativní část obsahuje statistická data zabývající se frekvencí útoků, jejich typy a následně okolnostmi útoku u městské policie. Kvalitativní část je zaměřena na analýzu výpovědí strážníků pomocí třístupňového kódování.

Abstract:

The PhD thesis “Community policing - Solution of Conflict Situations and Circumstances of Attacks in the Security Forces.“ is based on Framework Programme of the European Commission - Comparative Police Studies in the EU (COMPOSITE). The work describes the current view of solving conflict situations by security forces, specifically by the Municipal Police. In the thesis we describe the information obtained, which dealt with Community policing and conflict situations. The thesis also mentions the most common types of aggression aim at the police from a gender perspective and their experience. Subsequently, the work concentrates on the perception of verbal and physical attacks and there on the police work. The aim of the work is to identify characteristic of conflict situations and circumstances of the attacks against the security forces, particular by against the Municipal Police (MP). The design of the work is quantitative and qualitative. The quantitative section contains statistical data dealing with the frequency of attacks, their types and circumstances. The qualitative part focuses on analyzing the testimonies of policemen by menans of a three stage coding.
