Abstract:

Supply Chain Management se týká procesu optimalizace provozu dodavatelského řetězce od nákupu po uspokojení koncového zákazníka s nejnižšími náklady. Dodavatelský řetězec je převážně interně zaměřen na tvorbu fyzického zboží a na to, jak se přesouvá z dodavatele ke konečnému zákazníkovi. Nyní je řízení dodavatelského řetězce stále důležitější, protože tradiční model rozvoje podniku se nedokázal přizpůsobit novému vývojovému prostředí. Modernizace odvětví v rámci odvětví a rozšíření vnějšího trhu výrazně zvýšily objem dopravy samotných podniků. Optimalizace řízení dodavatelského řetězce se stala nejvyšší prioritou. Řízení dodavatelského řetězce výrobních podniků by mělo věnovat pozornost vědeckému provádění opatření ke zpoždění a provádění integračních opatření. Účelem tohoto příspěvku je analyzovat význam, postavení a princip dodavatelského řetězce ve zpracovatelském průmyslu a navrhnout nový proces dodavatelského řetězce a zjistit klíčové hnací faktory pro jeho budoucí optimalizaci prostřednictvím průzkumu terénních dat kombinujícího dodávky řetězové případy piva Tsingtao a Cisco.

Abstract:

Supply Chain Management refers to the process of optimizing the operation of the supply chain from purchasing to satisfying the end customer at the lowest cost. The Supply Chain is mainly internally focused on the creation of physical goods and how they are moved from supplier to the final customer. Now supply chain management is more and more important, because the traditional model of enterprise development has been unable to adapt to the new development environment. The upgrading of the industry within the industry and the expansion of the external market have greatly increased the transport volume of enterprises themselves. The optimization of supply chain management has become the top priority. Supply chain management of manufacturing enterprises should pay attention to the scientific implementation of delay measures and Implement integration measures. The purpose of this paper is to analyze the importance, position and principle of the supply chain in the manufacturing industry, and to design a new supply chain process and find out the key driving factors for the its future optimithe zation through the field data invtigation combining the supply chain cases of Tsingtao beer and Cisco.
