Abstract:
Autofagie je evolučně velmi stará katabolická dráha, která degraduje makromolekuly uvnitř lysozomů. Její funkce spočívá v recyklaci buněčného materiálu, výživě buňky a ochraně proti intracelulárnímu i extracelulárnímu stresu. Při překročení hranice životaschopnosti buňky však může způsobit i buněčnou smrt. Proces autofagie se jeví jako nová alternativa v léčbě nádorových onemocnění. Cílem práce bylo …more
Abstract:
Autophagy is evolutionarily very old catabolic pathway, which degrades macromolecules within lysosomes. Its function is to recycle cell material, cell nutrition and protection against intracellular and extracellular stress. It may cause cell death, when it crosses the border of cells’ viability.
