Tématem práce je vyšší moc a její vlivy na smluvní právo. Jedná se o právní termín, který označuje mimořádné, nepřekonatelné a smluvními stranami nepředvídatelné události. Abstract:
The topic of this thesis are the force majeure and its influence on the contract law. The force majeure is a legal term which denotes extraordinary, insuperable events that contracting parties cannot foreseen. Its meaning is treated according to the Act No. 89/2012 Coll.
