Legal Aspects of the Enforcement of Hunting Law

Abstract:

Tato práce pojednává o výkonu práva myslivosti ve všech jeho aspektech. Po krátkém úvodu následuje stručný historický exkurz do dějin myslivosti, ale i lovu jako takového. Jádrem mé diplomové práce je rozbor jednotlivých složek výkonu práva myslivosti, jako je lov, ochrana myslivosti, myslivecké hospodaření a další. V rámci této kapitoly nesmím opomenout též státní správu myslivosti a subsidiární použití správního řádu na zákon o myslivosti. V další kapitole pouze velmi stručně zmiňuji systematiku zahraniční právní úpravy myslivosti v rámci Evropy. V závěru své práce uvádím aktuální problémy v oblasti výkonu práva myslivosti a myslivecké tradice.

Abstract:

The thesis treats the exercise of the hunting and game management rights in all their aspects. A short introduction is followed by a brief excursion in the hunting and game management history and in the history of hunting. The core of my diploma thesis is the analysis of individual parts of the exercise of the hunting and game management rights, such as hunting, protection of the hunting and game management, hunting and game management administration and so on. In this chapter I must not omit the state administration of the hunting and game management, and a subsidiary application of the administrative order to the Hunting and Game Management Act. In the following chapter, I only briefly mention the system of the foreign legal regulation of the hunting and game management in Europe. In the end of my diploma thesis I present the current problems in the area of exercise of the hunting and game management rights and hunting and game management traditions.
