Předmětem diplomové práce „Změny v Nařízení Brusel I“ je analýza změn obsažených v Návrhu Nařízení Brusel I a změn přijatých v Nařízení Brusel I bis a vyhodnocení těchto změn za účelem zjištění, zda revize v dalším období přispěje ke zlepšení fungování současného znění Nařízení Brusel I. The goal of the thesis entitled “Revision of the Brussels I Regulation” is an analysis of the modifications contained in the original Brussels I Regulation Proposal, modifications subsequently adopted in Brussels I Regulation and evaluation of these modifications for purpose of determination whether a revision contributes to improving the functioning of the current Brussels I Regulation.
