The system of property renovation in water companies

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá systémem obnovy majetku a posouzením hodnotících ukazatelů technického stavu infrastrukturního majetku ve vodárenské společnosti. Teoretická část je zaměřena na infrastrukturní majetek ve vodárenství, zejména na kanalizační a vodovodní síť, její materiály a profily a dále pak na obnovu majetku. Praktická část popisuje praxi obnovy majetku ve vodárenství se zaměřením na hodnotící ukazatele, na jejichž základě se hodnotí technický stav kanalizační a vodovodní sítě. Pomocí metody benchmarking jsou porovnány hodnotící ukazatele, které jsou analyzovány a v závěru práce jsou navrženy nové hodnotící ukazatele, které přispějí ke zlepšení systému obnovy majetku.

Abstract:

The thesis deals with the recovery system of property assessment and evaluation indicators technical condition of infrastructure assets in the water company. The theoretical part focuses on infrastructure assets in water supply, especially for sewer and water network, its materials and profiles, and then restoring the property. The practical part describes the practice of recovery of assets in the water industry with a focus on evaluation indicators on which to evaluate the technical condition of the water and sewage networks. Use benchmarking compares evaluation indicators that are analyzed and the conclusion are designed new evaluation indicators, which will help to improve the system of property renovation.
