Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá zpracováním zakladatelského projektu rodinného penzionu. V první části práce čerpám z odborné literatury související se zvoleným tématem. Druhá metodická část určuje postup pro sestavení vlastního projektu. V aplikační části se věnuji již samotnému vytvoření zakladatelského projektu za použití metod SWOT, Porterův model pěti sil, analýza konkurence. Nedílnou součástí je finanční plán. Výsledky těchto analýz umožní podnikateli získat celkový přehled nad projektem a to jak z pohledu možnosti realizace, tak i z pohledu ekonomického.

Abstract:

This bachelor’s thesis deals with the process of setting up a family guest house. In the first part of the thesis I refer to specialised literature related to the chosen subject. The second, methodical, part defines the process of undertaking the project itself. In the application I focus on the creation of the business plan, making use of the SWOT method, the STEP analysis, Porter’s method of the five forces and the competition analysis. An integral part is the financial plan. The results of the analyses give the entrepreneur an overview of the project from the perspective of whether its realisation is possible as well as from the economical perspective.
