In this thesis I will focus on the HR policy in renowned gastronomic organisations in Prague and find out how employees perceive it. The practical part will be based on a questionnaire survey conducted in renowned restaurants, which will include questions about job satisfaction, remuneration opportunities, professional development opportunities and other topics closely related to HR policy.
