Abstract:
Práce se zaměřuje na základní charakteristiku týrání, zneužívání a zanedbávání dětí,s důrazem na sexuální zneužívání a jeho pachatele. Upozorňuje na zvláštní formy CAN, možnosti a překážky prevence i zásady výslechu sexuálně zneužitého dítěte. Nabízí pohled na legislativní úpravu, seznamuje se skutečným případem a informuje o četnosti výskytu CAN ve Středočeském kraji.
Abstract:
This diploma thesis focuses on the basic characteristics of child abuse and neglect with emphasis on child sexual abuse and offenders. It points to special types of CAN, in options and limitations of prevention as well as some basic princples of sexual abuse from interviews, in otherwords, from actual victims of abuse.
