Bakalářská práce „Větvené aminokyseliny ve zdraví a nemoci“ shrnuje současné poznatky o větvených aminokyselinách. Teoretická část pojednává především o využití aminokyselin s větveným řetězcem v oblasti léčebné a sportovní výživy. The bachelor thesis “Branched chain amino acids in health and disease“ summarizes present knowledge about branched chain amino acids. The thesis focuses on the use of branched chain amino acids in the clinical nutrition and on the nutrition in sport.
