Abstract:

Diplomová práce je komplexním deskripcí uměleckých terapií a analýzou dovedností a kompetencí manažerů v sociálních službách, kteří chtějí zařadit uměleckou terapii do svého programu činností, ale i těch, kteří chtějí získat přehledné informace o jednotlivých druzích uměleckých terapií a jejich možnostech využití. Text je rozdělen do tří částí, kdy první část "Metody psychologie umění" charakterizuje jednotlivé metody psychologického léčení. Druhá část "Management" je zaměřena na manažerskou profesi, která vyžaduje univerzální znalosti a dovednosti, jež manažer uplatňuje při výkonu svých činností. Třetí část "Umělecké terapie v praxi" je věnována konkrétním sociálním službám, které mají ve svých činnostech jednu z uměleckých terapií. Tato diplomová práce definuje kompetence, které musí mít manažer v sociálních službách, vedle dostatečného množství informací o podstatě uměleckých terapií, aby zvládl proces zavádění umělecké terapie do sociální služby, nastavil, obhájil a udržel kvalitu uměleckých terapií na profesionální úrovni. Rozborem uměleckých terapií, následnou analýzou procesu jejich zavádění a komparací tohoto procesu ve třech organizacích sociálních služeb chci získat poznatky, které mají sloužit ke zkvalitnění poskytovaných uměleckých terapií v sociálních službách.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis is a comprehensive description of art therapies and analysis of the skills and competencies of managers in social services who want to include artistic therapies into their program of activities but also those who want to get clear information about the different kinds of art therapies and their possibilities of use. The text is divided into three parts, where the first part "methods of art psychology" characterizes individual methods of psychological healing. The second part of the "management" is focused on the management profession, which requires the universal knowledge and skills that the manager uses in his / her activities. The third part of "artistic therapy in practice" is devoted to specific social services, which have one of the art therapies in their activities. This diploma thesis defines competencies that a manager in social services must have, in addition to sufficient information about the nature of art therapies, to master the process of introducing art therapy into the social service, to set up, defend and maintain the quality of artistic therapies on a professional level. The analysis of art therapies, the subsequent analysis of the process of their implementation and the comparison of this process in three organizations of social services, I want to gain knowledge that will serve to improve the quality of arts therapies provided in social services.
