Předložená práce se zaměřuje na popis průběhu projektu financovaného s podporou fondů EU, který sestává ze dvou etap. V první části diplomové práce je charakterizována společnost a provedena analýza podnikové kultury. V další části je popsán předmět projektu a zhodnocena ekonomická efektivnost.
