Entrepreneurship in Covid Era

Abstract:

Cílem diplomové práce je posouzení dopadů pandemie COVID-19 na živnostenské podnikání a podnikatele samotné. Potřebné informace nutné pro posouzení, jsou získány pomocí řízených rozhovorů s podnikateli a také prostřednictvím dotazníkového šetření, které je distribuováno mezi podnikatele působící na území okresu Hodonín. Data ze sociologického výzkumu jsou dále podrobena testování závislostí negativních dopadů způsobených pandemií COVID-19 na podnikatele a jejich podnikatelská odvětví, žádosti o finanční příspěvek a návrhy pro zavedení inovací. Na základě vyhodnocených dat vyplývajících z řízených rozhovorů, dotazníkového šetření a ověření hypotéz jsou formulována doporučení pro podnikatele obsahující návrhy změn v jejich podnikání tak, aby negativní dopady způsobené v případě budoucí krize byly pro ně minimální.

Abstract:

The aim of the master's thesis is to assess the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on entrepreneurial activities and the entrepreneurs themselves. The necessary information for the assessment is obtained through structured interviews with entrepreneurs and through the distribution of a questionnaire among business owners operating in the Hodonín district. Sociological research data are further subjected to testing dependencies concerning the negative impacts caused by the COVID-19 pandemic on entrepreneurs and their business sectors, requests for financial support, and the implementation of innovations. Based on the evaluated data derived from the conducted interviews, the questionnaire survey, and the verification of hypotheses, recommendations are formulated for entrepreneurs regarding changes they could implement in their business to minimize the negative impacts caused by the future crisis.
