Diplomová práce zkoumá možnosti a meze vlivu valné hromady s.r.o. na obchodní vedení společnosti. Za tím účelem v první kapitole stručně vymezuje obchodní vedení, jakož i jeho pozici v kontextu vnitřní působnosti jednatele. The thesis examines the possibilities and limits of the influence of the general meeting of an LLC on the business management of the compa-ny.
