Bakalářská práce se věnuje mikrobiální kontaminaci koření z hlášení Evropského systému RASFF (Rapid Alert System for Food and Feed). Tento systém umožňuje rychlé sdílení informací o nebezpečných potravinách či krmivech, které mohou být na trhu více členských států. Bachelor thesis deals with microbial contamination of spices from the report of the European System RASFF (Rapid Alert System for Food and Feed). This system allows for the rapid sharing of information on unsafe food or feed that may be on the market in more than one Member State.
