„Ženy na vedoucích pozicích - výzkum procesu socializace“

Abstract:

Jaká je charakteristika žen, které se dostaly na vedoucí pozice nebo do vrcholového managementu? V této práci se autor chce soustředit na proces socializace se zvláštním zaměřením na vliv socializace na ženy ve vedoucích pozicích. Výzkum navíc určuje, jakým způsobem má negativní nebo pozitivní dopad na jejich kariéru. V první kapitole práce autor definuje všechny potřebné teoretické definice, které jsou nezbytné pro celkovou situaci a závěrečné vyhodnocení. Druhá kapitola vysvětluje, jak byl proveden empirický výzkum a na jakém modelu je hodnocení založeno. Ve třetí kapitole autor vyhodnocuje hloubkové rozhovory, které vedl s 12 ženami na vedoucích pozicích, a porovnává výsledky s teoretickou částí. Výzkumná otázka „Jak negativně či pozitivně ovlivňuje proces socializace kariérní aspekty žen ve vedoucích pozicích?“ odpověděl s následujícím: Proces socializace má negativní dopad na kariérní aspekty žen na vedoucích pozicích, pokud jde o rozvoj stoupání po kariérovém žebříčku. Tento výsledek by mohl sloužit jako základ pro další výzkum tématu „ženy na vedoucích pozicích“

Abstract:

What are the characteristics of women who have made it into leadership positions or top management positions? In this thesis, the author wants to concentrate on the process of socialization with special focus on the influence of the socialization on women in leadership positions. Additionally, the research determines in which ways it has a negative or positive impact on their careers. In the first chapter of the thesis, the author defines all necessary theoretical definitions which are essential for the overall situation and the end evaluation. The second chapter explains how the empirical research was conducted and on which model the evaluation is based on. In the third chapter, the author evaluates the in-depth interviews he led with 12 women in leadeship positions and compares the outcome to the theoretical part. The research question “How does the process of socialization negatively or positively impact the career aspects of women in leadership positions?” was answered with the following: The socialization process has a negative impact on the career aspects of women in leadership positions when it comes to development climbing up the career ladder. This result could serve as a base for further research, of the topic "women in management positions"
