Abstract:

Předmětem mé práce je pohled na vývoj regulace a dohledu evropských kapitálových trhů, podívala jsem se i do minulosti na důvody vzniku a popis současné situace. Zaměřila jsem se na příčiny a podněty proč je regulace důležitá a co přináší v dnešní době, jak probíhá dohled nad finančními institucemi. Práce je rozdělena do částí, které specifikují stručný úvod do problematiky, včetně provázanosti dění na finančních trzích a konkrétní zkušenosti v České spořitelně, a.s. Zavedení regulace a dohledu ve světovém měřítku i národním pojetí, implementace v bankovnictví a neposlední řadě konkrétní pohled na uplatnění směrnice MiFID v České spořitelně, a.s.

Abstract:

The subject of my work is the development of regulation and supervision of European capital markets and I also described the reasons of the origin of the current situation. I focused on the causes and incentives why regulation is important and what it brings today, how the supervision of financial institutions is done today. The work is divided into sections, which specify a brief introduction, including coherence events in financial markets and I mentioned the specific experience in the Česká spořitelna, a.s. as well as the introduction of regulation and supervision both in the world and national conception and its implementation in the banking industry. And finally I suggested a complete view of the application of MiFID in the Česká spořitelna, a.s
