Patient awareness during medication per os.

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá správným ošetřovatelským přístupem k přípravě perorálních léčiv. V teoretické části práce jsou popsány střípky z historie podávání léčiv až po současný ošetřovatelský proces při podávání léků per os. Jsou zde vysvětleny obecné pojmy týkající se užívání léčiv, rozmanitosti účinků léčiv, či důležitost komunikace s pacientem. Cílem bakalářské práce je pomocí českých a zahraničních zdrojů podat přehled dostupných informací týkajících se podávání léků per os. Cílem empirické části provedené metodou kvantitativního výzkumu je zhodnotit úroveň informovanosti, znalostí a zájmu pacientů o své zdraví při podávání léků per os.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis deals with the correct nursing approach to the preparation of oral drugs. The theoretical part of the thesis describes fragments of the history of drug administration to the present nursing process in the administration of drugs orally. It explains general concepts related to the use of drugs, the diversity of drug effects, or the importance of communication with the patient. The aim of the bachelor's thesis is to provide an overview of available information on the administration of drugs orally using Czech and foreign sources. The aim of the empirical part performed by the method of quantitative research is to evaluate the level of patient awareness, knowledge and health interest when administering drugs orally.
