Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá dědičností vybraných očních onemocnění dětského věku. The thesis is focused on ophthalmic genetic disorders in children. Introduction as well as first chapters are devoted to basics of genetic in general to establish context. The basics include molecular and cellular level of genetic along with their impacts on organism as a whole.
