Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá tématem zajištění duchovních potřeb pacientů v paliativní péči. Cílem práce je prozkoumat, jaká je role kněze v multidisciplinárním týmu, který poskytuje paliativní péči. Teoretická práce se věnuje teoretickým a metodologickým východiskům. V této části jsou objasněny základní pojmy. Zvláštní kapitola se věnuje koordinaci multidisciplinárního týmu, spirituálním potřebám pacientů a duchovní službě. Výzkumná část práce vychází z teoretických poznatků. Výzkum byl realizován kvalitativním přístupem formou polostrukturovaných rozhovorů s osmi komunikačními partnery. Komunikační partneři byli nemocniční kaplani, kteří mají zkušenost s péčí o pacienta v závěru života. Data byla následně analyzována a shrnuta v závěrečné části práce.

Abstract:

This diploma thesis deals with the topic of ensuring the spiritual needs of patients in palliative care. The aim of this work is to examine the role of the priest in a multidisciplinary team that provides palliative care. The theoretical work deals with theoretical and methodological background. This section explains the basic concepts. A special chapter deals with the coordination of a multidisciplinary team, the spiritual needs of patients and spiritual service. The research part of the work is based on theoretical knowledge. The research was carried out using a qualitative approach in the form of semi-structured interviews with eight communication partners. The communication partners were hospital chaplains who have experience with end-of-life patient care. The data were then analyzed and summarized in the final part of the work.
