Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou pojmů podnikatel, manažer a lídr v manažerských praxích. Nejprve je vymezen teoretický rámec těchto manažerských pojmů. Ve vybraném podniku je nejdříve zkoumáno fungování managementu, a poté je evaluováno chování managementu dle třech behaviorálních typů. Na závěr autor doporučí, který typ manažerského řízení je lepší pro zvýšení účinnosti podniku.
Abstract:
The study's main concept is analysis of entrepreneur, manager and leader in managerial practice. At first, the theoretical framework of these managerial concepts is defined. In a chosen company, the functioning of management is first examined and then the behavior of management is evaluated according to three behavioral types.
