Wooden structured family house

Abstract:

Cílem bakalářské práce je provedení návrhu novostavby rodinného domu systémem rámové dřevostavby, dále se práce blíže zabývá problematikou vegetačních střech. Stavba je řešena jako částečně dvoupodlažní, nepodsklepená. Navržená dispozice umožňuje bydlení čtyřčlenné rodiny. Práce obsahuje dvě části – textovou a výkresovou část. Výkresová část obsahuje výkresy pro stavební řízení a specifikace jednotlivých skladeb a prvků. V textové části je teoreticky popsána problematika staveb na bázi dřeva (především rámové konstrukce), dále se práce podrobněji zabývá možností ozeleňování střech. V práci jsou popsány výhody či nevýhody zelených střech, jejich druhy, a především jednotlivé vrstvy používané v těchto střechách. V textové části je pak řešen samotný návrh dřevostavby a jeho technický popis.

Abstract:

The aim of the bachelor thesis is the process of designing a new-build family house based on a frame wooden structure. Then, the thesis deals with the aspect of vegetative roofs. The building is mainly two-floor without a cellar. The designed building is suitable for four-membered family.The thesis is divided into two parts – a textual and a drawing part. The drawing part contains designs for building management and the specifications of individual structures and its components. In the textual part, the issue of wooden-based buildings (especially frame constructions) is theoretically described. Then, the thesis deals with the ability of making green roofs. The advantages and disadvantages, as well as the different types of green roofs and mainly the used layers, are described in the thesis. The actual design of a wooden structed house and its technical description is described in the thesis as well.
