Kaspáza 8 a RIP1 kináza jsou molekuly, které rozhodují o osudu buňky. Po aktivaci receptorů smrti na povrchu buněk jejich ligandy dochází na cytoplazmatické straně receptoru k tvorbě komplexu, jehož součástí je RIP1 kináza a následně se k němu v cytoplazmě připojuje kaspáza 8. Abstract:
Caspase 8 and RIP1 kinase are molecules, which determine cell fate. After activation of death receptors at the cell surface by binding their ligands, at cytoplasmic side of receptor is created complex, containing RIP1 kinase to which caspase 8 is later in cytoplasm added.
