Abstract:
Předmětem diplomové práce „Životnost kartelu“ je odhalení nejdůležitějších faktorů ovlivňujících délku trvání kartelů. Nejdříve však charakterizuji, jak na kartely nahlíží soutěžní právo a jak proti nim bojuje. The goal of my master thesis “The Lifetime of a Cartel” is to discover the most important factors influencing the duration of cartels. First, I characterize the view of competition law on cartels and how it fights them. Next, I look into economic reasons for creating a cartel and conditions needed for its establishment.
