Diplomová práce se zabývá tématem Migrace a Evropa. Níže jsou blíže přiblíženy největší migrační proudy do Evropy od pádu železné opony. Dále jsou popsány integrační politiky vybraných států Evropské unie, které se dlouhodobě potýkají s velkým počtem cizinců, není opomenuto ani právní zakotvení cizinců v národních i nadnárodních normách. The diploma thesis deals with the subject of Migration and Europe. The largest migration flows to Europe since 1989 are described below. Furthermore, the integration policies of selected European Union states, which have been dealing with many foreigners for a long time, are also described, as well as the legal anchoring of foreigners in national and transnational norms.
