Táto práca sa zameriava na preskúmanie job craftingu, ako možného aspektu, ktorý by mohol mať vplyv na vyhorenie a pracovnú angažovanosť zamestnancov väzenia. Cieľom je zistiť či prítomnosť job craftingu u zamestnancov väzenia zmierňuje negatívne dopady konkrétnych pracovných požiadaviek na mieru vyhorenia a angažovanosti.
