The occurrence of urinary incontinence of postpartum women without diastasis

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá rizikovými faktory vedoucí ke zvýšenému výskytu močové inkontinence u žen po porodu bez diastázy. V teoretické části se nachází stručný popis anatomie pánevního dna, pánevního skeletu, močových cest a svalů břišní stěny. Je zde definována močová inkontinence (s jejími typy a léčbou) a diastáza. Teoretická část dále popisuje změny výše zmíněných struktur, které jsou spojeny s těhotenstvím a porodem. Praktická část obsahuje výzkum, jehož cílem bylo zjistit výskyt močové inkontinence u žen po porodu bez diastázy a porovnat významnost jednotlivých rizikových faktorů podílejících se na jejím vzniku. Zkoumaný soubor tvořilo 358 žen po porodu bez diastázy. Data byla sbíraná online dotazníkovou formou. Následně byla data statisticky vyhodnocena pomocí chí-kvadrát testu. V praktické části je pracováno se 4 hypotézami zahrnující 4 rizikové faktory: věk, váhový přírůstek, váhu dítěte a typ porodu. Studie prokázala vztah mezi výskytem močové inkontinence u žen po porodu bez diastázy a váhou dítěte a také mezi MI a typem porodu Zároveň prokázala nulovou souvislost mezi močovou inkontinencí u žen po porodu bez diastázy a věkem a také mezi MI a váhovým přírůstkem.

Abstract:

The thesis deals with the risk factors that lead to a higher incidence of urinary incontinence in postpartum women without diastasis. In the theoretical part, there is a brief description of the anatomy of the pelvic floor, pelvic skeleton, urinary tract, and abdominal wall muscles. There is a definition of urinary incontinence (with its types and its treatment) and diastasis. The theoretical part also describes changes in the aforementioned structures that are connected to pregnancy and child delivery. The practical part contains research that deals with finding out the occurrence of urinary incontinence in postpartum women without diastasis and comparing the importance of the contribution of individual risk factors. The examined file consisted of 358 postpartum women without diastasis. The data were collected using an online questionnaire. After the data were collected, they were analyzed using a chi-square test. The practical part works with 4 hypotheses consisting of 4 risk factors: age, weight gain, the weight of a child, and type of birth. The study proved there is a link between the occurrence of urinary incontinence in postpartum women without diastasis with a weight of a child and the type of birth. The study also proved there is no link between urinary incontinence in postpartum women without diastasis with age and weight gain.
