The optimization research of the material and of the shape usable for the manufacturing of the excavators and ground machines

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou souborů naměřených dat dlouhodobě sledovaných parametrů, charakterizujících zátěž korečků kolesového rypadla, při těžbě skrývky v povrchovém dole. Analýza souborů naměřených dat je zaměřena na hledání závislostí vlivu dlouhodobě měřených mechanických hodnot při těžbě na rychlosti opotřebení zubů. Výsledkem analýzy má být ověření mechanických vlastností materiálu zubů korečku. Cílem práce je návrh změny vlastností materiálu zubů, návrh metodiky následného ověření při vlastní těžbě a v důsledku toho i snížení finančních nákladů potřebných na provoz zařízení a zvýšení efektivity výrobního procesu dosažením vyššího hodinového těžebního výkonu.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis deals with the analysis of measured data sets of long-term monitored parameters characterizing load of buckets of wheel excavators during overburden mining in the surface mine. The analysis of the measured data sets is focused on finding the dependence of the influence of the long-term measured mechanical values on the extraction rate of the teeth wear. The result of the analysis should be to verify the mechanical properties of the bucket tooth material. The aim of the thesis is to propose a change in the properties of the tooth material, to propose the methodology of subsequent verification during the actual extraction and consequently to reduce the financial costs necessary for the operation of the equipment and to increase the efficiency of the production process by achieving higher hourly output.
