Comparison of Measurement Techniques of Pathological Plantar Pressures in Patients with Diabetic Foot Syndrome

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá porovnáním a hodnocením kvality měření plantárních tlaků u pacientů s patologickým nálezem na chodidlech, vzniklým na základě onemocnění diabetes mellitus. Měření patologických plantárních tlaků se provádí pomocí pedobaroskopu, plantografu, visioscopu a PC plantografie. Teoretická část se zabývá onemocněním diabetes mellitus, jeho komplikacemi a vlivem na vznik diabetické nohy. Dále přiblíží patologické defekty nohy. V praktické části jsou prováděna měření pacientů na uvedených přístrojích, porovnání výsledků a zhodnocení jednotlivých technik provedených měření.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis concerns comparison and evaluation of quality of plantar pressures measurement in patients with pathologic finding on feet which is caused by the disease diabetes mellitus. Measurements of pathologic plantar pressures are done by pedobaroscope, plantograph, visiocsope and computer plantography. Theoretical part deals with the disease diabetes mellitus, its complications and influence on the onset of diabetic syndrome. Next there are pathological defects of the foot. In the practical part measurements of patients by above listed equipments are described and there can be found comparison of the outcomes and evaluation of individua techniques.
