Tato bakalářská práce se věnuje popisu střevního mikrobiomu a jeho vlivu na různá civilizační onemocnění. Mikrobiom je soubor všech mikroorganismů a jejich genetických informací. Střevní mikrobiom je velmi důležitý pro správné fungování lidského organismu. Mikrobiom napomáhá trávení a chrání organismus před různými patogeny. This bachelor thesis describes the intestinal microbiome and its impact on various civilization diseases. The microbiome is the set of all microorganisms and their genetic information, who colonizes human body.
