Pečovatelé o seniory jsou denně vystaveni stresové zátěži. Setkávají se s problémy stáří, nemocemi, smrtí a dalšími okolnostmi, které mohou výrazně ovlivnit nejen jejich práci, ale i soukromý život. Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá zdroji stresu a jejich zvládáním u pečovatelů o seniory. Teoretická část je zaměřena na oblast pečovatelství a stresu. Home-nurses caring for seniors are daily exposed to stress. They are meeting with aging problems, illnesses, death and other factors which could significantly influence not only their working but also their personal life.
