Abstract:
Práce se zabývá problematikou harmonizace toku letového provozu. Přibližuje prostředí letových provozních služeb a stávající systém řízení toku a kapacity letového provozu včetně činnosti střediska CFMU. Na základě analýzy příčin zdržení toku letového provozu se zabývá možností dalšího rozvoje evropského systému ATFCM směřující k harmonizaci toku letového provozu, kterou je koncept A-CDM. The thesis deals with air traffic flow harmonisation measures. Air traffic services environmet as well as the air traffic flow and capacity management are described with the emphasis on the role of the central flow managemnt unit.
