Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou nezbytné cesty obsaženou v § 1029 a následujících nového občanského zákoníku. Tématiku pojímá komplexně, a to i v souvislostech s veřejnoprávními předpisy. Abstract:
This diploma thesis deals with rights of way as designated by Article 1029 and following articles of the new Civil Code. It deals with all the issue’s complexities, and more specifically with regard to relevant public regulations.
