Structure analysis of a conductive layer on a silicon wafer
Abstract:
Předložená práce se zabývá strukturní analýzou vodivé vrstvy hliníku (resp. AlCuSi) naprášené na křemíkové desce o průměru 100 mm. V první části práce jsou obsaženy základní poznatky o výrobě polovodičových součástek. Zejména půjde o seznámení se s vlastnostmi křemíku, jeho oxidací, s provedením metalizace desky a také s folitografií, kterou jsme vyrobili pasivní součástky na desce. V další části se …more

In the presented work, we examine structure properties of a conductive layer of AlCuSi on a silicon wafer of 4 inches in diameter. First part of the work introduces elementary findings about producing semiconductor wafers and devices.
