Abstract:

Cílem diplomové práce bylo popsat, jak se liší aspirace adolescentů, vyrůstajících v dětském domově oproti aspiracím adolescentů, z rodinného prostředí. Rozdíly byly zkoumány ve vzdělanostní, profesní, rodinný a životní oblasti. Výzkum probíhal formou polostrukturovaných rozhovorů s třinácti komunikačními partnery z dětského domova a patnácti z rodinného prostředí. Data byla po doslovné transkripci vyhodnocena prostřednictvím kvalitativní výzkumné metody a následně interpretována. V závěru je uvedeno doporučení pro praxi při práci s touto cílovou skupinou adolescentů vyrůstajících v dětských domovech.

Abstract:

The thesis' aim was describe how aspirations differ of adolescents growing up children's homes in comparison with aspirations of adolescents from families. Differences were examined in the educational, professional and family living areas. The research was conducted by interviews with thirteen communication partners from children's homes and fifteen from the family. After verbatim transcription were data evaluated by qualitative methods and then were interpreted. There is a recommendation for practice in the Conclusion for working with this target group of adolescents growing up in children's homes.
