Abstract:

CÉ, Štěpán. Dopad „covidové krize” na last mile delivery služby. [Bakalářská práce] Vysoká škola hotelová a ekonomická. Praha: 2023. Obsahem práce je analýza hospodářských ukazatelů tří firem z odvětví last-mile delivery za účelem zjištění ekonomického dopadu covidové krize. Práce se skládá ze tří částí: teoretické, analytické a návrhové. V teoretické části jsou prezentovány základní teoretické principy srovnávání ekonomického vývoje firem. Jsou zde popsány metody a nástroje, které slouží k analýze finančních ukazatelů, jako je obrat, zisk, kapitál atd. Dále jsou diskutovány interní a externí faktory, které ovlivňují ekonomický vývoj firem. Analytická část se zaměřuje na konkrétní srovnání hospodaření, zdrojů a nákladů, cash-flow a ziskovosti všech tří firem. Na základě provedené analýzy jsou identifikovány silné a slabé stránky jednotlivých firem a jejich ekonomický vývoj je porovnán. V návrhové části jsou navržena konkrétní opatření a doporučení pro zlepšení ekonomického vývoje všech tří firem. Tyto návrhy vycházejí z výsledků analytické části a mají za účel posílit silné stránky firem a řešit identifikované slabiny. Jsou zde uvažovány faktory, jako je restrukturalizace, změna strategie, inovace a optimalizace nákladů. V závěrečné části jsou shrnuty dosažené výsledky a je zdůrazněn význam období covidové pandemie, které mělo vliv na ekonomický vývoj všech tří firem. Výsledky této práce poskytují užitečné informace pro studenty ekonomie, manažery a podnikatele, kteří se zajímají o rozvoj svých firem. Doporučení a návrhy mohou sloužit jako inspirace pro další zlepšení a růst v oblasti ekonomického vývoje firem.

CÉ, Štěpán. The impact of "Covid crisis" on the last mile delivery business. [Bachelor’s Dissertation] University college Prague. Prague: 2023. This bachelor's thesis focuses on analyzing economic indicators of three last-mile-delivery companies in order to assess the impact of COVID-19 related crisis. The thesis consists of three parts: theoretical, analytical, and proposal. The theoretical part presents the fundamental theoretical principles of comparing the economic performance of companies. It describes methods and tools for analyzing financial indicators such as turnover, profit, capital, etc. Furthermore, internal and external factors influencing the economic development of companies are discussed. The analytical part focuses on the specific comparison of the companies' financial performance, resources and costs, cash flow, and profitability. Based on the conducted analysis, the strengths and weaknesses of each company are identified, and their economic development is compared. The proposal part suggests specific measures and recommendations to improve the economic performance of all three companies. These proposals are based on the results of the analytical part and aim to strengthen the companies' strengths and address identified weaknesses. Factors such as restructuring, strategy change, innovation, and cost optimization are considered. The concluding part summarizes the achieved results and emphasizes the significance of the COVID-19 pandemic period, which had an impact on the economic development of all three companies. The findings of this thesis provide useful information for economics students, managers, and entrepreneurs who are interested in the development of their companies. The recommendations and proposals can serve as inspiration for further improvement and growth in the field of economic development of companies.
