Evaluation of counselling in mediation of employment at the Labour Offices in Czech Republic by young people in a certain locality

Abstract:

Cílem této bakalářské práce je zodpovědět hlavní výzkumnou otázku: „Jak hodnotí mladí lidé ve věku od 20 do 30 let poradenství při zprostředkování práce na Úřadech práce ČR?“ Práce je rozdělena do tří částí – teoretická, metodologická a interpretační. V rámci teorie jsou popsány možnosti a bariéry mladých lidí na trhu práce prostřednictvím konceptu zaměstnatelnosti. Následně je definována politika trhu práce, aktivní politika zaměstnanosti a proces poradenství na Úřadech práce ČR. V metodologické části práce je popsána strategie výzkumu a proces hodnocení. Výzkum byl zrealizován pomocí polostrukturovaného rozhovoru se sedmi respondenty. V poslední části práce je provedena analýza a interpretace získaných dat, na jejímž základě je zodpovězena hlavní výzkumná otázka.

Abstract:

The aim of this thesis is to answer the main question: “How do young people aged between 20 and 30 evaluate the counselling relates to mediation of work at the Labour Offices of the Czech Republic?” The thesis is divided into three parts – theoretical, methodological and interpretative. The theory describes the possibilities and barriers of young people on the labour market through the concept of employability. Subsequently, the labour market policy, the active employment policy and the counselling process at the Labour Offices of the Czech Republic are defined. The methodological part describes the research strategy and the evaluation process. The research was realized through semi-structured interviews with seven respondents. The last part of the thesis analyses and interprets the obtained data, on the basis of which the main research question is answered.
