Abstract:
V roce 1947 vypukl ozbrojený konflikt mezi Indií a Pákistánem o území Kašmíru, který přetrvává dodnes. Ani po 71 letech nedochází k nastolení míru a vyřešení problematiky kašmírského území, a proto k trvalému míru by konfliktní strany mohly dojít díky užití konceptu transformace konfliktu. Abstract:
In 1947, an armed conflict broke out between India and Pakistan over the disputed region of Kashmir, which continues to this days. Even after 71 years, peace has not been established and countries do not agree on the Kashmir territory status and therefore to achieve lasting peace conflicting parties should use the process of conflict transformation.
