Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá taktikou výslechu, tedy systémem taktických postupů pro řešení úlohy výslechu, za kterou považujeme získání úplné a pravdivé výpovědi o vyšetřované události. V práci jsou rozebrány jak jednotlivé obecné taktické postupy, tak se i podrobně věnuje taktice výslechu obviněného a svědka s přihlédnutím ke specifickým situacím. Abstract:
This thesis deals with the tactics of interrogation, a system of tactics for solving questioning, by which we mean obtaining a complete and truthful testimony about the events investigated. The thesis discussed how each general tactical procedure, and detail the tactics, questioning the accused and the witness with regard to specific situations.
