Competence framework of the young firefighters club leader

Abstract:

Tato práce se zaměřuje na kompetenční rámec pro vedoucí kroužků mladých hasičů. V teoretické části jsou definovány kompetence a jejich dělení, s důrazem na měkké a tvrdé kompetence. Dále se zabývá kompetencemi pedagoga volného času a kompetenčním rámcem pro vedoucí mladých hasičů. Praktická část zkoumá, jaké kompetence vedoucí kroužků mladých hasičů v Moravskoslezském kraji využívají a ve kterých se cítí nejistí. Metodou kvantitativního výzkumu, konkrétně dotazníkového šetření, je zjišťováno, jaké kompetence jsou nejčastěji využívány a které potřebují další proškolení.

Abstract:

This thesis focuses on the competency framework for leaders of young firefighters' clubs. The theoretical part defines competences and their division, with emphasis on soft and hard competences. Furthermore, the competences of the leisure educator and the competence framework for young firefighters' leaders are discussed. The practical part examines which competences are used by the leaders of young firefighters' clubs in the Moravian-Silesian Region and in which they feel insecure. A quantitative research method, namely a questionnaire survey, is used to find out which competences are most frequently used and which ones need further training.
