Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na Strategickou analýzu podniku Algon Plus-Auto, a.s. a vyhodnocení vhodné strategie do budoucna na základě zjištěných dat. Data jsou zpracovávána na základě analýzy vnějšího a vnitřního prostředí společnosti. Veškerá původní data byla poskytnuta společností Algon Plus-Auto, a.s. Vnější prostředí představuje analýzu mikrookolí a makrookolí, které firmu obklopuje. Ve vnějším prostředí jsou primární výsledky z PEST analýzy. Vnitřní prostředí naopak zahrnuje analýzu vnitřních zdrojů včetně finanční analýzy. V této části jsou primární výsledky SWOT analýzy, která identifikuje slabé a silné stránky, příležitosti a hrozby, které firmu ohrožují. Provedenou analýzou bylo zjištěno, že finanční situace podniku se neustále zlepšuje. Mezi současnými prodejci automobilů si podnik Algon Plus-Auto, a. s. vede velmi dobře. Pro vylepšení své pozice na trhu je pro podnik primární získání nových zákazníků a vytvořit tak silné pouto, které konkurence nemůže nijak ohrozit. Informace, které jsou zveřejněny v této práci, napomáhají k lepší orientaci v automobilovém průmyslu, který se neustále vyvíjí.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis focuses on Strategic analysis of the Algon-plus, a.s. company and evaluation of suitable future strategy based on evaluated data. The data is processed on the bases of analyses of external and internal environment. All the original data was provided by Algon Plus-auto company. External environment is represented by the analysis of micro and macro of the company´s surroundings. Here the results of the PEST analyses are primary. Internal environment analysis comprises the analysis of internal resources including financial analysis. In this part the results of SWOT analysis are primary. These identify the weak and the strong aspects of the company, its opportunities and threats. By analysis it was found that financial situation of the company is steadily improving. Algon Plus-auto, a.s. is performing well between current cars manufacturers. To improve its market position the company needs to gain new customers thus creating a strong bond which cannot be threatened by the competition. Information published in this thesis helps to improve orientation in a constantly evolving car industry.
