Cost management in a small enterprise

Abstract:

Cílem bakalářské práce „Řízení nákladů v malém podniku“ je prozkoumat systém řízení nákladů v podniku prostřednictvím analýzy s využitím nástrojů manažerského účetnictví a navržení opatření pro jeho zlepšení. Práce se zaměřuje na oblast rozpočetnictví, věnuje se problematice způsobu sestavování rozpočtů ve společnosti BRAMLEY, s.r.o. Teoretická část práce se zabývá charakteristikou nákladů, jejich klasifikací, popisem nástrojů manažerského účetnictví se zaměřením na rozpočetnictví, kde je popsáno sestavování rozpočtů režijních nákladů, tvorba hlavního podnikového rozpočtu a kontrola plnění rozpočtů. Je souhrnem poznatků z odborné literatury v daných oblastech. V praktické části práce je obsažena analýza současného stavu podniku v oblasti řízení nákladů a rozpočetnictví, komparace odchylek a je zde vytvořen návrh rozpočtu nákladů na rok 2017. Součástí jsou také návrhy a doporučení, které mohou vést k zefektivnění činnosti podniku.

Abstract:

The thesis “Cost management in the small enterprise“ analyses cost management system in the enterprise with using tools of managerial accounting and proposes arrangements for its improvement. The thesis is specified on budgeting and devotes to a problem with methods of budget formation in the company BRAMLEY, s.r.o. The theoretical part presents characteristics of cost with their classification, a description of managerial accounting tools with concentration on budgeting, where budgeting process of Master Budget and budget of overheads costs, and their control are involved. This part is a summary of scientific literature on these areas. The practical part includes analyses of current situation in cost management and budgeting in the enterprise, variance comparison and a proposal of the budget for the year 2017. Suggestions and recommendations, which can tend to increase the efficiency of the business, are also embodied in the thesis.
