Abstract:
This Bachelor's thesis is about usage of computer protocols in the area of Personal Information Management. It focuses mainly on protocols dealing with calendar information. Their comparison should help with understanding of PIM applications, especially from the scheduling, data transfer and synchronization point of view.
Abstract:
Obsahom tejto práce je problematika využitia počítačových protokolov v oblasti správy osobných informácií. Pozornosť je venovaná predovšetkým protokolom určeným na manipuláciu kalendárových dát. Porovnanie ich základných vlastností by malo pomôcť priblížiť fungovanie PIM aplikácií z pohľadu plánovania udalostí, prenosu informácií a ich synchronizácie s mobilnými zariadeniami.
