The MA final thesis is based on literary work of the author Robert Schneider that followed after his first novel The Brother of Sleep. The thesis focuses primarily on two of Schneider´s novels that significantly stand out among his novels. Schneider´s second novel The Air-Walker was awaited by the readers and the reviewers. Tato diplomová práce se zabývá tvorbou spisovatele Roberta Schneidera, která následovala po románu Bratr spánku. Pozornost je věnována především dvěma jeho knihám, které ze Schneiderovy tvorby vystupuji. Druhý román Die Luftgängerin byl napjatě očekáván čtenáři i kritikou.
