Evaluation of Suppliers Quality in Kepo Trade, s. r. o.
Abstract:
Tato práce se zabývá hodnocením kvality dodavatelů ve firmě Kepo Trade, s. r. o. Teoretická část se věnuje převážně kvalitě, hodnocení dodavatelů a komunikace s nimi. Praktická část mapuje dosud zavedený stav dodavatelsko-odběratelských vztahů v malé obchodní firmě. Práce porovnává teorii se skutečným stavem firmy a upozorňuje na nedostatky a naznačuje možnosti pro další řešení.
Abstract:
This bachelor’s thesis is dealing with evaluation of suppliers in the Kepo Trade company. The theoretical part of the thesis is mainly about the quality, evaluation of suppliers and communication with suppliers.
