Tématem mé bakalářské práce je konfrontace a prověrka výpovědi na místě, které patří do skupiny zvláštních způsobů dokazování. V teoretické části jsou popsány tyto vyšetřovací úkony z hlediska trestního práva a z hlediska kriminalistiky. Praktická část se skládá z otázek a odpovědí na dané téma. The topic of my bachelor thesis is a confrontation and an investigation of place, which belongs to the group of specific methods of evidence.
